Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern sales of products made on the website baswil.lu, operated by Euphron Kayros S.à r.l., 55 Rue de Luxembourg, 4391 Pontpierre, Luxembourg (RCS: B241078, VAT: LU31883840).

2. Products

The products offered for sale are the Baswil flexible stabilizers for kids bikes. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may not engage the seller's liability.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (incl. VAT). The applicable price is the one displayed on the site at the time the order is placed.

• Shipping fees: from €9.90 incl. VAT depending on destination country

4. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The customer receives a confirmation email after payment. The order is considered final once payment has been received.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card through the secure platform Stripe. Payment data is encrypted and never passes through our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Belgium within 48 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation. We deliver to the following European countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria.

Delivery times are given as an estimate and do not constitute a contractual commitment. In the event of significant delay, the customer will be notified by email.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European distance-selling law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

Baswil extends this period to 30 days (money-back guarantee). The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by Baswil. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Warranty

Baswil products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Luxembourg law and European directives.

9. Personal data

Data collected during the order process is handled in line with our privacy policy.

10. Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Customers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
